This weekend marks this year’s Betfred Super League 2018 where the event-packed Grand Final will take place at Manchester’s famous stadium, Old Trafford.

The Rugby league frenzy will take place at Old Trafford on Saturday the 13th of October where kick off is scheduled for 6pm. If you have tickets, you can look forward to supporting act from indie boys from Stockport, Blossoms, who will grace the stage ahead of the Super League and at half-time to perform fan favourites like Honey Sweet and Charlemagne as well as songs from their latest album, Cool Like You.

Ticket holders will also look forward to food and beer inside the stadium “fan zone” ahead of the match with an up-beat atmosphere. Laura Wright will also make an appearance performing her operatic rendition of Jerusalem ahead of welcoming the players onto the pitch.

If you don’t fancy a trip down to Old Trafford and you’d rather sit with a crisp pint to watch the action then we’ve got you covered! Barca will be showing the entire coverage from our bar in Castlefield so you won’t miss a pass or play.

On Saturday 13th October we’ll also be serving our full menu and pizza menu as well as the best in beverages – beers, cocktails, spirits and wines. Following the excitement of the Betfred Super League we’ll have top DJ Jody Denial to take the night away in the main bar ‘til late.

Tickets are still available to watch the Super League and rugby fans can choose to opt for hospitality boxes with canapés on arrival with a full view of the pitch and all the action while most regular tickets are already sold out.
