Another week: another Monday.
It seems to us that time is a cruel mistress, as it tends to fly past us at a much quicker rate on the weekends and evenings than it does during the week. We all get those first few hours of sheer elation on a Friday evening, as we all savour those first few moments of freedom; but then we click our fingers and it’s suddenly Monday morning yet again.
But there’s no need to be too down in the dumps about it, because there are plenty of ways for you to combat the Monday blues and get yourself off to a cracking start to the week.

Enjoy the Beer Garden
There’s just no better way to enjoy your Monday than to spend a good hour or two in a beer garden after work. This gives you something to look forward to throughout the day, and ultimately helps you to take the edge off a tough day at work. By soaking up the sun, sucking on a pint and having a good laugh with friends, you’ll be having a fantastic start to the week.
Admire Some Beautiful Scenery
If you’ve had a particularly stressful day, then taking in some fresh air and admiring a killer view is a great way of achieving a certain sense of tranquillity. Barca is situated right next to the beautiful canal, complete with balconies and an outdoor beer garden that offer panoramic views of the Castlefield area.
When the sun’s high in the sky, the water is sparkling, and the rain actually holds off for once, there just isn’t a bar in Manchester as beautiful as Barca. If you’re suffering with the dreaded Monday blues, then come on down and check it out for yourself!
