Located in the heart of Manchester, the Old Granada Studios on Quay Street was built proudly for purposes of recorded and live filming. The old studio saw through some culture classics and was a famous filming location for Coronation Street and The Royle Family, much loved British TV.

The studios closed to the public in 1999 but have since re-opened to the public as a cultural and artistic activity hub. The Old Granada Studios can be booked out as a conference space and still serves to some as a filming location in all its post-industrial charm. The location is renown in the world of television and film and has recently featured in the new series of Peaky Blinders with reported sightings of Cillian Murphey on set.

The Old Granada studios also serves as a refreshingly off-beat concert venue, having hosted Ska legends The Selecter and The Beat as well as Manchester’s Dot-To-Dot Festival, popular among indie music fans.
